Purchases and refunds
Prices are listed in USD and may change. Taxes may apply based on your location. If a course materially differs from its description, contact us within 14 days for review. Refunds follow the policy described at purchase and in our FAQ.
License and intellectual property
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for personal or internal business use. All content is owned by Cindergate Workshop or its licensors and protected by law. Do not copy, resell, or distribute without permission.
User conduct
- No unlawful, harassing, or harmful behavior.
- No interfering with course access, servers, or security.
- No scraping or automated access beyond what is necessary for normal site use.

Courses provide educational content. We do not offer legal, medical, or financial advice. Outcomes depend on individual effort and context.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of laws principles.
